Aparece un nuevo número de «Global South», la revista de Sephis, the South-South Exchangue Programme for Research in the History of Develpoment. Desde 1994, Sephisse ha dedicado al intercambio de conocimientos entre académicos de África, Asia, América Latina, el Caribe y el Pacífico, mediante seminarios, becas de investigación, talleres, publicaciones y su revista en línea. Esta última ofrece múltiples posibilidades de colaboración sobre cuestiones de historia del desarrollo, integrando lo «académico» y lo «popular».
